This policy describes how Seedark AI handles data across the Seedark website, native Android app, AI-created worlds, Creator tools, social spaces, advertising, purchases, and product operations.
Information We Collect
We may process account and profile information, Seedark IDs, device or installation identifiers, authentication records, world and Creator content, gameplay progress, social actions, support requests, and settings you choose to save.
For advertising, purchases, security, and reliability, we may process consent status, ad reward proofs, purchase and entitlement records, device characteristics, IP-derived network information, diagnostics, crash reports, and operational telemetry.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide accounts, cloud recovery, worlds, Creator publishing, social and safety functions, purchases, rewards, customer support, and personalized product operation where consent and law permit.
We use technical and security data to prevent abuse, verify rewards and purchases, resolve incidents, measure product quality, and maintain service availability.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information.
We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, monitoring, analytics, communications, moderation, and customer-support providers. The Android app also uses Google Play services for distribution, consent, advertising, and billing; those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
Worlds, Social Features, and Safety
Worlds, Creator submissions, profile details, reactions, messages, reports, and other content you choose to publish may be visible to other users according to the selected sharing and room settings.
We may review, restrict, preserve, or remove content and account signals when reasonably necessary for moderation, fraud prevention, user safety, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Security
Seedark uses transport encryption and platform security controls for account credentials and production services. No system is completely secure, so users should protect their device and account access.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for service operation, account and world continuity, security, dispute resolution, payment reconciliation, or legal compliance. Retention periods depend on the data and purpose.
You can request deletion of your Seedark account and associated account data at https://seedark.ai/account-deletion. Local-only worlds and settings remain on the device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Some records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, payment, or legal obligations.
