Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Seedark AI website, native app, worlds, Creator tools, social spaces, virtual items, and related services.
You may use Seedark only for lawful purposes and must not disrupt services, bypass access or safety controls, exploit other users, automate abuse, or misuse accounts, worlds, ads, rewards, or payment systems.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and account credentials secure.
You retain rights you hold in content you create. You grant Seedark the permissions reasonably needed to host, render, distribute, moderate, back up, and operate content you publish through the service.
You must have the rights to submitted content and must not publish illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, exploitative, or privacy-violating material. Seedark may restrict content or accounts to protect users and the service.
Tokens, plots, clothing, pets, assets, rewards, Creator benefits, and similar items are licenses for use inside Seedark. They are not legal tender, deposits, securities, or ownership of real-world land.
Purchases are processed through the applicable store and remain subject to its billing, refund, and account rules. Optional rewarded advertising grants the described in-product benefit only after verification.
A Seedark Meta Origin card or identifier is a fictional identity used only inside Seedark nodes. It is not a nationality, passport, government document, immigration status, or real-world credential.
Seedark services, worlds, availability, pricing, and features may evolve. We may suspend or discontinue functions when reasonably required for security, maintenance, law, or product operation.
Unless otherwise stated, the Seedark brand, website design, copy, product concepts, and related materials remain the property of Seedark or its licensors.
The website and pre-release services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability.
